We are committed to providing a professional, relaxing, and safe environment for all of our clients. Please take a moment to read our policies to ensure mutual respect and understanding.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE WHO:

  • Displays rude, offensive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior.
  • Has open wounds, contagious skin/nail conditions, or infections.
  • Is in a medical condition (e.g., diabetes, pregnancy, allergies) that requires special care – please inform your technician before the service.
  • Requests cutting services that may cause bleeding – WE DO NOT PERFORM THOSE SERVICES.

CLEANLINESS & SAFETY

  • All tools and equipment are sanitized and disinfected thoroughly after every client, following state board guidelines.
  • Your health and safety are our top priority.

CHILDREN POLICY

  • We love children, but for their safety and the comfort of others, please keep them seated by your side at all times.
    • Running or unsupervised behavior is not allowed.
    • Mountain Nails is not responsible for any injuries resulting from unattended children.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and valid for service use only.
  • They are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  • Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for another gift card.

PAYMENT

  • We do not accept checks or American Express.
  • We gladly accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Cash.

SERVICE PRICING

  • All technicians are independent contractors and may have varying pricing.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Please confirm your service price before starting.
  • Additional charges may apply for custom shapes, lengths, or nail removal.

REFUNDS & SERVICE GUARANTEE

  • No refunds will be issued for any completed service or gift certificate.
  • Please speak up during your service if you are uncertain or unhappy, so we can address your concern in real time.
  • If you experience chipping, breakage, or defects, we offer a free redo within 7 days (must report within 24 hours and reschedule).
  • We are not responsible for issues that arise after leaving the salon.

GENERAL REMINDERS

  • Mountain Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items left at our salon. However, if an accident does happen, our staff members will do our best to hold on to your personal items that are left behind, if found, at the lost and found section for 24 hours.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to your appointment. Appointments may be released if you arrive 10 minutes late.
  • No-shows must be canceled at least 2 hours in advance by text or phone.
